Venice VR 2020. Some stories stay with you forever. Back when I was a teenager, my parents would spend hours telling me about Vajont and the tragedy that took place there.
The time has come for me to finally dedicate a long segment to The Key. Celine Tricart’s interactive VR film has been snatching one award after the other and certainly revolves around a current topic. I had the opportunity to watch The Key already and the even absolute pleasure to chat with the director.
The Venice Film Festival could not go amiss without the Magic Leap One making an appearance this year. A good thing, then, as the new augmented reality glasses were featured in two interesting projects to boot—one of which is These Sleepless Nights, a documentation in AR and director Gabo Arora’s latest work.
